B2/B1 Visitor Visa Holder 2nd trip after 5 month stay ?

Dear Friends, i hope u will be fine there... I am a Pakistani Man, my question is, i have a 5 yrs multiple B1/B2 visa, approx 5 month (15Mar-10Aug)i was stayed in USA. during my stay i was applyed the Canadian Visit visa, its approved and go to Canada to my inlaws in 10Aug2015, i was stayed in canada approx 9 month with one 3 month extension, due to investment in my brother in laws Transportation company i was there for long time, on 30th may 2015 i was return back to pakistan due to sale out some of my property for investment in our inlaw's Business in Canada. and now i will go to canada again for some legal paper work sign. but i want to buy (Karachi - NYC - Karachi) airline ticket bcz i want to go toronto from New york and after the signing of some legal papers i will come back to New York City for 1 week period, USA, bcz i want some shoping for my family from NYC, u know the USA is cheaper than Canada. plz tell me Will there be any problem if came back to USA just after 15 month from USA and 5 month after Canada ?
so plz give me the best advise to i enter USA without any hassal

Immigration officer may ask additional information. Visitor visa is for the short term tourism if you spend most of your time outside your home country then you are not considered as a visitor.
