Hi can my brother who is a student in us sponsor my mother for his graduation ceremony.also i have my husbancd goin to us on feb 8th on h1 visa. I wanted to know which option is better ...can my husband sponsor her trip wih the reason that she wants to attend the graduation cetremony and visit us also.

As long as you, your husband or your brother can show enough money to sponsor her trip, it does not matter who does it.
