Hi,
I entered US with a B1 Visa for my meeting with the Clients and associates. Now the period is getting extended. I want to bring my wife for a short trip on B2 Visa.
I have some query,
1. if my wife tries for B2 visa stating I am here in US on B1. will the visa officers reject the application?
2. If by some reason her B2 application got rejected, will it affect by future VISA and visit to US?
3. In future may be i might be getting L1 Visa from the company to take care of the project here in US.
Obviously my wife will get a L2 Visa. Will getting a B2 now for this short trip affects that process?
