Visitor visa got rejected...reapplying after a month

Me n my husband applied for visitor visa on October 29 2015 bt dnt understand why we were rejected.
The interview

Officer good morning
We together greeted good morning
Officer to my husband : y u want to travel USA ?
Husband : for tourism n meet my sister
Off: where does your sister stay?
Husband- described Plc.
Off: since when is she in USA??
Husband : 9years
Off: what does she do?
Husband : working at xxxx
What do u do??
Husband : described his business
Off to me- r u working?
Me- no, I m not.
Off- where else hv u travelled before?
Me- Mauritius n Dubai
Off- how long in Dubai
Me- 1 week
Off- what did u see in Dubai
Me- described places visited in dubai
Off to husband - describe ur business activities
Husband - explained
Officer kept thinking for a few seconds n typed something...
N said our visa r nt approved this time

Still not able to understand y we didn't get visas..please guide us for this time

was your husband sponsoring the trip or his brother?

probably the money was not enough for the VO
