B2 visa is expiring. Is it ok to overstay until family reunification kicks in?
My B2 visa expires 12/17 with my daughter having a citizenship exam on 01/11 after which she intends to immediately apply for family reunification program. Will it be fine to remain in the country, as my lawyer suggested? Or will this transgression be a basis for denial?
