The best visa outcome to apply for ????

Hi,

I am US Citizen since 1999 and I have tried to bring my sister for a vacation, but she was denied the visa. My sister take care of me when our parents died when I was 7 years old now I am 42 years old. I would like to take care of my sister like she take care of me, but since she got denied for a visitor visa in 2002.

I am hopping if someone can guide me to the best option to bring her and live with me or even just to visit the first time and see my kids that nobody of my family ever met before.

Do I try for a visiter visa again or do I apply for sister I-130 Green card or is there better option visa out there fro her ?

The family green card it look like it going to take my 10 years or more.

Please if you have any better suggestions on which visa to go for just let me know ?

You can apply visitor visa for her. If you filed green card for her it will take longer. Visitor visa is based on ties to home country and this time she may get. you have to try.

unless the situation of your sister has changed than the last time her visa was denied, she can apply again

P.S: if you file a green card for your sister, and during that time she applied for a visitor visa, this last will get denied
