Urgent Query regarding visa interview tomorrow

My parents have visa interview on 8th Feb morning at Mumbai consulate.

I just now read on immihelp that if the consulate is mumbai then all the sponsor documents should be photocopied and sent to the consulate 5 days in advance.

I haven't done the same for my parents as i m unaware abt it?

Please guide if it is okay to carry the documents and appear for interview. Is it mandatory to send the documents?

Hi!

Personally someone go drop the documents and talk to the staff there. They might be able to help you. I don't think it is a good idea to just walk in on 8th.

My parents went to VFS with all the supporting docs, but they did not take any of them, they just took application, DD and passport copies.

My parents had the same problem. the officer there told them not to submit the documents at the early. their visa was rejected today (feb 8)

did ur parents get visa? were u able to submit the documents early?
