need help in Visitor visa

Hi, One of my friend is in Malaysia, she wants to visit me. Actually she is working in malaysia. She wants to visit me and to write stories. My question is, how long it will take for her to get the Visitor visa and how long she can stay here. How much it will cost for processing the visa
