Balance in Bank

I want to apply for my parent's visa but I have only $2000.00 in bank. But I have Own Shares and a House.
Is it okay if I produce these document or do I need to produce Bank Statement also.

$2000 seems too less to support the person in US.

I checked my bank statements and noticed that there is an ending balance of 4,800/month ( as my company will add salary at the end of the each month ).

Is it okay to have less than $5,000 ?

If 3 months statement average is 5K it should be fine.
