  • B2 Visa Wrong information in US embassy

    Hi Expert,

Please i need your help to resolve this conflicts between embassy records and reality.

My parents are trying to get B1/B2 Visa since last 5 years. (5 try), but they have been refused all the time.
Yesterday my parents went once again for B2 visa interview at Mumbai and they got rejected (5 th time) and the reason for rejection is Embassy's record indicate that my parents have a daughter (my Sister) in USA. But actually I don't have any sister at all, we are only two brothers.

Interviewer - is your daughter in USA or India?
My father replied -I do not have any daughter. i have only two sons.
Interviewer - couple of other question,
Interviewer - Is your daughter working in India?
My parents replied - I don't have any daughter. I have only 2 son.
Interviewer -In (Embassy record) record, its says you have daughter in USA.

Actually I don't have any sister. (not at all) So how their records says I do have Sister?
    Question -
How embassy records says, that i do have a sister?
I do not have anybody in USA apart from me, my wife and my daughter from my entire paternal and maternal family.
How can my parents prove that, they do not have any daughter.
Is there anyway to request for record update in embassy?
Do we have to hire any lawyer for this issue?
    Please help me.

    Thanks in advance.

You need to hire an attorney.
This is not a legal advice. Use at your own risk.
