  • Preparing for applying for visa

I previously own a permanent resident visa but have a reason to have to return it after finished school there; since I basically move back to live in my home country.
I would like to go visit America again by tourist visa. Will I get approved with these following criteria?
Currently working for 1.6years at one of the biggest entertainment companies in my home country, Thailand. With a salary of standard start of recent undegrad. I have enough money for this supposed trip in my bank account but probably still seems like nothing to the officer.

I would like to know. From my work, it seems like my financial statement is not strong enough. Can I use my parents as a sponsor and use their statement for applying for the visa though I am at the legal age of being independent?

If your parents sponsor your trip that means you are financially not strong enough. Other side you had green card earlier but you went back to country. so it's difficult to say anything now. Only visa officer can decide. There is no harm to try.

      Contact Person in US

I had a B1/B2 visa refusal in jan-19-16. I am applying for a second time. During the first time I had mentioned my contact person as a frnd's name as I had no confirmation from an university where i was going to do an observership. But since I have a confirmation now I shall be at one place ( city of the university) during my first month and with my senior in the second month. I have options for the US Contact info as "The University address" or "Senior's Contact". It would be great if someone could help me out with this. Thanks in advance
