Hi,
Here is my situation.
1) I am in 8th year on my H1B
2) My current H1 visa expired Nov,2015
3) Have approved I-797 that is valid until Aug,2017
4) My earlier I-140 was revoked (filed by previous employer)
5) With my current employer, my labor processing is completed and at a point of filing new I-140
My Sister:
1) She is married
2) Works as a Doctor in India
Can I apply for Visit Visa to her? I am planning to bring her here for 3-4 weeks and she will go back. It has been about 2 Yrs that we met and so wanted to bring her here to US. I will sponsor her trip and her stay while here.Please suggest.
