I have an I130 green card in progress ( it's been 3 years), I want to apply for a non immigrant visa B2. But before I do I want to know if it is legal, or can it be done? If a person who has already applied for a green card and the process has started can I go to USA and visit my Mother and Step-Father using a B2 non immigrant visa, for 90 days?
