Departure Date & I-94 Date Same

Hi ,
Had a question to ask , will really appreciate an early reply.

My relative is here on a B2 (tourist) visa from India & her I-94 has been given only for 3 months i.e. 11th March ' 06. Due to certain constraints I am planning to book her ticketing back to India on the SAME DAY & not earlier i.e the flight departs at 21.10 PM on 11th March '06.

Do you foresee any issue in this , even considering the fact that if there is a delay in the flight by a few hours.

No issues as far as ur relative leaves on the same date.

You can leave USA anytime just before midnight of your I 94 expirty date and won't be charged as overstay.

Really speaking my only concern is what if the flight gets delayed beyond midnight of I 94 expirty date ?

Just relax... I believe the I94 card will be handed over way before the flight departs. So as far as u are checked in, u are fine.
