I applied for US visitor visa twice already when I was an international student in Canada but both times my application was rejected. The reason was that I did not have significant ties in Canada and I did not fulfill my degree requirements the time I was studying. I graduated with 4 years major in 2015 and now I am working for a pharmaceutical company in Canada. Its been a month since I started working here and I am applying 20 days after I started my job.

Is it too soon to apply and if I have sufficient ties now and what would guarantee the approval of my application.

What sort of questions I can expect being in this scenario.

What are the proofs that I can show them to strengthen my case this time.

There is no guarantee. Who is sponsoring your trip? You can show employment letter, your recent paystubs.
This is not a legal advice. Use at your own risk.

I'm an Indian CPA student. The current CPA rules allow me to write in Dubai, but charge an additional 1000$ fee over the U.S exam.
I thought I'd rather spend that money on a ticket to the U.S since I have plenty of folks there.

The plan is that I leave for the U.S, finish my exams to be

      Job,
I am a qualified Certified Management Accountant (U.S Certification) a graduate and a CA intermediate. I am currently working in the consultancy wing of an audit firm (Of which my dad is also a director), but I work for a nominal salary and hence do not file an Income Tax return. The firm however, is quite established and even has an international affiliation. I do not have any property in my own name.

      Sponsors
Self paid. My parents intend to join me once I'm done with my exam so we can tour the place.

      Relatives abroad
I have folks (Mostly parent's uncles, and First cousins some who have been settled for over 30 years.). But I've heard some say that it is better not to mention this. I dont know what side to take.

      Have I travelled before,
I've travelled multiple countries using a schengen when i was a kid(old passport) and a few others like SIngapore Malaysia and Thailand in recent times.

How do I go about my interview?
Do I apply with saying I want to give my exams, or as a tourist?

      Thanks in Advance
