can anyone help? my wife and i applied for estas in november 2015 but the reply was travel not authorised. after making numerous calls and trawling through websites, we since found out that our credit card company had a previous esta payment charged back to the card. we had estas authorised in 2010, it would appear then in 2012 we had fraudulent transactions on our card and they charged back various irregular payments and without us realising have had the estas from 2 years previous charged back. we have no hesitation in paying back the $14 but cant find out how to do it. the only answer i keep getting is to apply for a non immigrant visa which will cost us over £300. i find this wholly unfair. i am also struggling to find what esta conditions have been breached?
