Invitation issue

I m a student in ukraine of indian origin
I am planning to go to US this holidays
I have my maternal uncle on h1 visa for past 8 years and 3 months back my brother went to US for his undergraduate course
So whose invitation should i prefer my uncle or my brother

Your uncle will be better option because your brother is still studying. Anyway, You have to specify about him in your ds-160 form.
