Reg: Carrying the Documents

What is your advice on carrying the documents to the consulate?
I mean how should they carry the document. Is there anything in specific about carrying the documents and any order?

All bags such as travel bags, back packs, briefcases, suitcases, leather, jute or cloth bags and zip folders are NOT allowed. Only a plastic bag containing your application-related papers will be permitted.

What do you mean by a plastic bag Dahlia? I heard from someone that you need to carry your docs in a file. Is that so? Please suggest.

I quoted that sentence from the consulate guidence letter. I am sure it means file though.
