Hi,
I have recently changed my job and my new employer has applied for a transfer and extension of H1B a little over 2 months ago. When I checked Vermont Service Center, it shows that they are still application from July last year. Considering all this I am not expecting it to get processed in 3 months from now.
My wife is pregnant and I am planning to invite my parents here by September. I have a visa and I-94 valid till July 16,2016. Can I apply for my parents B2 Visa using the stamped Visa / I797 and I-94 from my previous employer and the transfer of Visa reciept from my current employer? Thanks in advance for your response !!
