Done mistake in DS160 form

Hi ,

My Visitor visa got rejected earlier due to missed submission of my wife's approved VisitorVisa.
Again i want to apply for visitor visa,i filled DS160 five days back in that i missed to mention about my earlier visa rejection and submitted the DS160.
I paid visa fee amount by entering DS160 confirmation but not schedule appoinment yet .
How do i correct my DS160 form mistake. Please suggest.

You "missed to mention" ? How does one "miss to mention" such an important item?

DS160, once submitted, cannot be modified.
