Am planning to bring my parents to US and my dad was doing business and nothing now , so in his work related information , should i mention retired or Not employed ? Please confirm me ASAP.

Its better to show them as still doing business & someone in your family will take care of their business in their absence.

If that's not at all possible, show them retired (which will eventually make them dependent on you or your brother/sister).
