  • visitor visa for cousin

    Hello gurus,
we are planning to process my cousin (mom's sister son) and his family a visitor visa, he is a central government employee, is it advisable to mention as he is my cousin and we are paying for the trip for them or its good to mention that he is my husband's friend and paying for the trip ( they both are good friends too from school) and also do we need to fill a i134 for each one of them or one is enough for all four of them?

    thanks in advance

If the primary applicant is paid enough from his government job, let them apply for visa as self sponsored - its better for them.

It really doesn't matter much if you sponsor them as family-relative or friend, as I134 doesn't legally bound you to pay for their trip.

Regarding your relation with him - Yes, do mention that he/she is your first cousin & you share a good ties together, since you were kids.

    Hope this helps.
