Urgent Visa Interview Questions

Hi,
I wanted to know if two people are scheduled for a visa interview and one of them want to cancel,is it necessary to cancel for the person or s it ok if that person doesn't go for the interview.
Another question is that i heard that you can't take any handbag to the counslate and have to take only the documents.Is it true.
Do you have to take a draft with you in case the visa is approved.Is it a dollar draft or rupee draft.Should it be drawn from HDFC.

Cacel the appt. and get a new one for the person who is really going for.
Can carry the visa iss.fees by dd rs dont have to be hdfc.

If you took appointment for 2 persons together and only one person wants to attend the interview. You can cancel only one person's appointment and the other person can attend the interview on the selected date that you got the appointment initially.
