B2 Visa for my Mom and L2 Visa for my Wife & Kid

Im in US and applying L2 Visa for my Wife & Kid. Im planning to take my mom for 6 months. Can I apply both L2 Visa and B2 Visa at the same day ?

Please advise and help !!
