How can I get my Wife to USA if I am a green card holder and applied for Wife's F2A..
Good Day to all, please help me out with the below issue...
I am a green card holder and I have been living in the US since oct 2013. I got married outside of USA in January 2015 and had applied for my wife's immigrant visa F2A in Feb 2015. I want to bring her to United States but I dont know which visa to apply for her. We want to complete the cultural ceremony for the wedding and bring her here to USA. Her documents for the F2A visa is completed and NVC emailed us back saying we are in the queue for my Wife's Interview. Is there a way to bring her to usa while we wait for the immigration visa to work out? our priority date may come in 4 or 5 months.... from reading the experiences faced here on the forums, i am hesitant to apply for her visit visa because of its intent...please help
