Cant create family application

Hi,

On the confirmation page, on selecting "email confirmation", I do not get directed to a "Thank you" page whereby I can create a family application. Is there any other way to create a family application since this option does not seem to exist?

No. I am applying with my family(3 members including me) and want to create a family application. The previous post was a query relating to my own form when I fill it (as part of the family application).
Can you help me with how to create a family application since the option for creating family application on the confirmation/thank you page does not seem to be available.
