  • B2 visa and getting Credential Evaluation

    Hi,
    I have a 5 years B1/B2 (i applied for B2 only) visiting visa
I'm planning to visit USA for
1- a trip with taketours.com company for 7-10 days (the main reason for the visit)
2- i'm an architect, i wanted to Credential Evaluate my education degree
3- visit some universities in different states to search for a suitable masters program in architecture after the Credential Evaluate
4- get architect license so i can apply for a job when i go back to my home as a licensed architect
5- may do some interviews to determine the best state to get the license from (if the online search wasn't enough or if i get an interview while applying online) because the architect license board is different from state to another.
that is the basic plans for my trip, 10 days of tourism and about a 2-3 weeks to Credential Evaluation and maybe a month or two for the license (total of 3 months a max for all activities)

now i need to know the following

1- is there any of my plans not allowed with the b2 visa?
2- if i need to study any missing courses to finish the Credential Evaluation, can i do with the b2 visa period?
3- can i change the b2 visa to study visa if i need more than 3 months (or more than the remaining months) to finish the study of the missing curses?
4- can i change the b2 visa to study visa if i applied for a graduate program in any university without leaving the us?
5- if No. 3/4 answer is yes, is it a multi-entry visa or i need to apply again if i leave on holidays?
6- any advices to avoid problems (if any) while entering or staying or visiting any of the above organizations?

    thank you in advance

    1,2,3, & 5 are doable. 4 (studying) is iffy on a B1\B2.

      Thank you for your help.
No. 4 is not a problem i think. Ican do it even if I'm not in usa (online)

So i think that it will be ok

I need to get answers for the rest of my questions (2-3-4-5-6) too 😇 So if you can help or have any information about. Please share with me

I believe all of these are possible.

        Note for the study:

In order to study you will need to get an F1 visa, but you can adjust your visa status in the USA to do this without leaving and then returning. Of course, the adjustment of status might be rejected, but USCIS is usually willing to do this for legitimate programs of study.
