Questions about getting a visa

Hello, my name is Marcelo, and I'm a permanent resident in the US. I was
reading about green card trough relatives, and I would like to know if i can
apply to my girlfriend (future wife in a couple days).
I would like to know how long I will wait if I apply for her next month ?.
I also would like to know if she (my future wife) can try a tourist visa and
then when in the US apply for a permanent resident ?.
And just one more question, today, 05/31/2016 she get a tourist visa denied.
Is this gonna be a problem in any way that she try?

I will really appreciate if you guys help me. I can't live anymore far from
her, our lifes are getting complicated because of this. Please help me.

I would like to know how long I will wait if I apply for her next month ?. IF YOU'RE GETTING MARRIED (NOT IN US) THEN YOU'LL GONNA APPLY A SPOUSE VISA FOR HER.

YOU CAN TRY TO PROCESS HER I-130. GOOGLE EVERYTHING ABOUT I-130 BUT IT WILL TAKE YOU 7MONTHS OF PROCESSING.
