Present Work/Education/Training Information in DS160

I am trying to fill DS160 for my Brother who is farmer.

Which option do I need select as Primary Occupation?

If I select as 'Agriculture' it is asking for employer details or Collage details.

Can I select ' Not Employed' and give the detailed reason the notes box as "self employed".

Please suggest. Thank you very much for your advice in advance.

If that is his own occupation, the company name (employer name) would be himself. Address would wherever his farm is, if appropriate.
