Visitor's Visa Renewal

Hello There,
I plan to bring my parents aged 77 and 72 to the US, their Visa which was earlier sponsored by my brother expired in June 2004'.

I want to renew their Visa and have them visit me next month.

What is the process? Any help/information will be extremely useful- and if anyone has had this recent experience- Pls share

Is there any waiver here?

There is no such thing as sponsor for a visitor visa. What your brother probably did was write a letter that likely was never looked at by a CO; that is not sponsorship.

Your parents would not be renewing a visa; there is nothing like that. They reapply for a fresh visitor visa, by filling out the ds160, paying the fees, and attending an interview.
