Rescheduling Appointment!

Hi There,

I have a question ,I am trying to prepone the appointment.So in the"estimate of current availability of visa appointments'' it shows july,date highlighte in green,but when i go to the reschedule/cancel section,the date shown on the estimate section is not there in the calender and is not highligted in green.Its confusing.I do I go about it.Suggestions appreciated.

You can reschedule only if you have clickable dates on the calendar.
