Dear experts.
I am an Indian citizen. I do not have a Green Card. I lived in the US until Q1 in 2016 on an H1B visa. While living in the US, i invested all my earnings in a rental property. I also had to seek loans, but that may not be important for this case.
At this time, i am living in India. My property is rented in the US. I have not assigned a property manager. I have instead passed a rental discount to my tenants and asked them for help in times of need. This clause is part of the lease that i have got in to with them.
I want to visit the US now to ensure general upkeeping and maintenance of my property. I also want to ensure that township conducted rental inspections on my property are approved and like things.
What should be the formal definition of the purpose of my visit to the US? What visa should i be travelling on? Will it be Business Visa? Kindly help me understand it.
