How can I convince the Visa officer and increase my chances of getting the visa?
Which Q and A should I prepare for and what documents do I need to carry.

There is nothing you can do to increase your chances. The visa officer will be looking for strong ties to home country. You will either have these things or you won't. Things that show strong ties would be for example a good job with long tenure or maybe having your own medical practice, owning property, family ties such as having a spouse and children. They will look for things that show probability you will return. Being young and having an occupation that you can do from anywhere in the world will not help your chances. I am not sure how your brother is here. On a visa?, green card holder? That will also be taken into consideration. All you can do is apply.
