B1/B2 Visa Cancelled

HI,
i am from india. My B1/B2 visa has been cancelled on 19 sep. 2016, based on (1) Application for admission withdrawn. (2) Visa/BCC canceled.
United state under section 212(a)(6)(c)(i) & 212(a)(7)(A)(i)(I)
on my visa 22 CFR 41.122.(H)(3)
Above this all section my visa has been cancelled.
this was my 3rd visit to USA
last two visit i had setup my own COMPANY in usa. and it is been register in 2016. it is 'online trading corporation' with USA citizen partner.


now query is
1) when have to apply for visa
2) which visa i should apply for my business

You set up your own company here in the U.S. while on a visitor/tourism visa? I think that about sums it up.
