B2 Visa while invitee is in Out of USA.

I want to apply for B2 visitor visa for my parents, and i myself .and i am currently in US and traveling to india for vacation and will be using the drop box facility to get the stamping on my passport, my i 797 (H1B) is valid for 2 more years. while on vacation in india i want to take my parents to get the B2 Visa interview process.
ill be inviting them by invitation letter.

my question is while my i-94 shows that I am out of USA , will there be any problem if I invite my parents and apply for B2 visa for them. This is first time B2 visa is being applied for them.

As long as you have valid visa status you can invite your parents.
