B1/B2 Visa Can Visit Other State directly?

Dear All,

My parents would like to Visit LA and both of them have B1/B2 Visa, which my brother in law helped them to get it from Texas(DL). First Time they visited to Texas, and this time they would like to Visit LA first and then go to Texas(DL). I need quick help please.

1) Is that they need to first Visit DL and then they can come to Los angeles?

2) If they can come to Los Angeles, so do they need to carry any extra proof from India, which can proof that they do not have any intentions to overstay in USA, as last time they were present only for 2 months, whereas they had 6 month of visa.

3) Any other advise from seniors?

Their B1/B2 visas allow them to visit anywhere in the U.S. They are not required to go to any particular state at all. So, no they do not have to go to DL at all but they can if they would like.
