Try during IST day timings… at least that helped me…

Keep trying.

We got this error message at 12:30 AM CST (midnight). This is the time when they have opened the regional language dates appointment. So it might have caused the issue and there may be some global variable in the screen to open the next month. This issue has been resolved. THANKS A LOT TO VFS.
