Do we need to fill the sponsor information at the time of taking interview? Because the travel agents took the interview and I have no idea about what information is required.
If I plan to sponsor my Mother should this info be given at the time of taking interview or we can send the sponsor details at the time of interview?

I assume (let me know if my assumption is wrong) u are asking abt scheduling interview at a local VFS center? U need to fill DS 156, DS157 forms to schedule interview there. So u have to send ur information such as address to ur mom.

ok , I need to know about the sponsor information needs to be provided in the DS156? Because we planned that my Husband will sponsor and gave his name and details , now we feel that it will be better if I sponsor for my Mother,so I want to know , do we need to provide the sponsor's employment details ect at the time of taking interview or can I send my employers deails when my Mother has to go for the interview with my details in the DS156 FORM

On the DS 156 form, columns 24, 25, 28 and 37 talks abt the sponsor details such as name, address, tel. numbers and status. U need these info only at the time of scheduling interview. Other docs u can send before the interview. Hope u got the answer?

We already booked the date with my Husband's name for this "sponsor details such as name" Now we thought it is will be a good try for me to sponsor because last 2 times it was rejected.So is it possible to change the sponsor name?

yes, u can. Ask ur travel agent to do it. U could change it online if u had taken appt online.

Can we change it just 1 month before the interview date?

Via online, it can be changed for a period of one month from the initial date of scheduling interview. I amnot sure how the travel agents schedule interviews. But if they can, one month before interview should not be an issue. But make sure u change I 134 accordingly.

Just curious: Why don't u decide now rgding the sponsor. I don't recommend waiting until the last minute.

The reason I asked is , I may or may not change my employer in this period of 5 months , so suppose I need to change the company just 1 month before the interview then it will be tough to get the employer letter of the one I mentioned in the DS 156 .Thats the reason I thought so.

So as per your advice it is better to stay with the same company for the sake of the visa ,ALSO do we need to provide the employer information of the sponsor at the time of taking interview or is it only in the I134?

Its on I 134. and also on some the docs that u send. (inv. letter, emp. letter, Visa (if no GC) etc..)
