Mother's name is incorrect in passport

Hi All,

My mothers name in her passport and in my passport have a small difference. There is an additional letter in my passport for her name. Her bank accounts and pension book have the same name as in her passport.

If i'm processing B2 visa for her. Will it be a problem.
