Trouble filling the DS 160

Hi friends,

I have been trying for the last 3 days to fill the DS 160. Everytime I get to the "passport information", I get stuck. Nothing is read, so no mistake. Has anyone else encountered this problem before? I have filled this form many times before but this is the first time It happens to me. Frustrating indeed. Thank you for your help.

I think it has a defect if I remember it correctly. So what you need to do, check form from right from the begining, there is one field ommited even though you must have saved it. COrrect that and you will get through.
