She needs to self sponsor. As a unmarried person who has ties to the USA she needs to show stronger ties to her home country. With her being self employed and able to move her business easily it is possible she will be denied. She should show how she is able to self sponsor and prove she will return.Just my opinion... Use at your own risk...

so the chances are slim ???..,,with well settled set up for her business here, she doesn't even want to think of moving her business. this was the first question she asked us and for her old mother (78 yrs) she will have to return back .her mother will stay with her sister for a while but this arrangement will not be possible for more than 2/3 months though all of her relatives except her borther are in india...now the interview is already scheduled , unfortunately can't think of any way to help herOriginally posted by PryncissQueen View PostShe needs to self sponsor.
