You don't get any immigration benefit based on delivering a baby in the US.
Once your baby is 21 years of age, earning money and can support you, he/she can sponsor your green card. Until then, you will have to maintain another status on your own independently. This is not a legal advice. Use at your own risk.

Don't overstay visa
Based on the experience of a friend, under no circumstance should you over stay your B-2 visa. If you deliver before it expires then your baby will be a US citizen, but you still must leave with the child before YOUR visa expires. If not, you will be restricted from returning to the USA for 10 years. If your visa will expire before you deliver, sorry, you must leave and give birth elsewhere.
