hello i am in united state now and using visitor visa b2 i want to ask something i am pregnant now and i want deliver the baby in united state once baby born it gonna be u.s citizen that one also i know i just want to ask weather i get some thing or not like h1 visa or green card ...and before the age of 21 my son ..i want to stay in united stat with legal way and i dont want to get green card i just need any visa which one i can work so please let me know in this case i can get some thing or not

You don't get any immigration benefit based on delivering a baby in the US.


Once your baby is 21 years of age, earning money and can support you, he/she can sponsor your green card. Until then, you will have to maintain another status on your own independently.

Don't overstay visa

Based on the experience of a friend, under no circumstance should you over stay your B-2 visa. If you deliver before it expires then your baby will be a US citizen, but you still must leave with the child before YOUR visa expires.
