Hi all,
My parents' visa got rejected around March 2005. The reason was that their son is in USA and daughter is in Australia, so they have no reason to come back. Also, they did not give enough chance to explain that they have business in India. We are planning to go again for the appointment. After reading all the posts, I came up with following choices for their next appointment:
1. Send them separately with a difference of about 3 -4 months. So that they can show that they are not travelling together and since one spouse is in India, they have a reason to come back.
2. Send them to Australia first and then they have a better chance since they already made a trip outside India and came back.
3. Take the appointment while my sister is in india so that they can say that their daughter came back.
4. Just go for it now together and try to show lots of proof that they would come back.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
Thanks,
MJ.
