  • Advice regarding applying visist visa after refusal

Hello, i need some advise. I am planning to apply for US visit visa next month. But i got my US visit refusal back in April 2016. I have good travel history before to UK to europe. And valid schengen visa also. My profile is.

    Single: 27 years old.
Doing a job in private firm since March 2015.
    Salary is 30K.
Also doing masters with my job.
Good bank statement of my father and mine bank statement is around 5 lac.
    Sponsor: Cousin in US

My parents have US visa and i want to travel with them to europe and US. Should i apply for US visa on this profile.
My father is bearing my ticket expenses. As my salary is not good thats why i am bit afraid to apply again.
    Need some useful suggestion.

    Thanks

It would appear that you do not have strong ties to home country and are fairly young. Those 2 things were probably the reason for the denial. It appears you are not married or have children, probably do not yet own property, have been with your company a short time. All of these things indicate you could be an immigration risk. Also, you having a cousin who lives in the U.S. only indicates that if you did try and immigrate you would probably have some amount support here in the U.S. All you can do is re-apply.

    Good Luck to you.

This is my opinion and not legal advice. Use of this information is strictly at your own risk.
