Dear everyone,
This is my first post and please gives me some advice. I am a wheelchair person who came back from US since 2009 after a J1 visa in 2006-2008 and a B1 visa in 2009. During the period in US I met my wife and had a boy (US citizen). In 2009 we all return to my home country. Me and my wife are doing a good online business with income around $60k(after tax) annually, that is a great income in my poor country. This year my wife went to America on a B1 visa and already came back in June. One more thing, due to some reasons I and my wife just got married in 2013. I am going to apply a B1/B2 visa in Jan 2017.
My concern is -will my status from single to married decrease my chances of getting a B1/B2 Visa, regarding I’m a disabled, my wife has a B1 visa and my son holds a Us citizen?
Thanks you much for your time and any comment will be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Khan
