Valid B2 Visa, expired L2 Visa

Hi

My wife is in India & I'm in USA at present. My L1B visa & her L2B visa have expired. My L1B visa extension is in progress, but I haven't yet applied for my wife's L2 visa extension.
She has a B2 visa also which is not expired. She needs to visit USA for a couple of weeks. Can she travel on her B2 visa ?

She can, as long as she can convince the immigration officer that she is only staying for a short time and then leaving.

Thanks. She'll be able to convince by showing her Return ticket. Secondly, she lives in India to take care of her father & she always stayed in USA for not more than a couple of months when she visited USA on her L2 in the past. She has always visited only during her vacations.
