Hi... My father applied for a visitor visa last year and was granted a visa but it was for only 1 year. He worked in HAL and they questioned a bit about it and I guess that it did not go well and they granted only a 1 yr visa for him. However, my mother who appeared with him got a 10-yr visa.
They came to US earlier this year and returned within the alloted time on I-94 (6 months). We are applying for a new visa for my father intending to travel next year. We figured that he will be eligible for the dropbox submission.
- What is the list of documents we need to submit for the submission? (Saw an earlier thread, http://www.immihelp.com/forum/showth...pbox-Hyderabad , looks like we dont need to submit any supporting docs, we are thinking of submitting the passport, a copy of the passport, a copy of the visa, copy of the drop box letter, and photographs....)
- Any other pointers we need to take care of this time?
