    In 2015 My Father-in-law Expired.
I am planning to apply for her Visa.
She does not have any houses .she lives in a Rental Apartment along with her Brothers Family.
She has 2 acers of land and a Small Store. That small Store ownership has come to her 6 months back which is mantained by her Brother now (previously my Father-in-law used to take care of the business, now his brother Family moved to take care of shop and staying with her). The store ownership is her(self )and Her Brother now.

2nd - Working in a software Company in a Metro City. (She does not live with her)
3rd- Son- Studying M.tech Final Year.

I am planning to Sponser Her and will take care of all her expenses. I am living in US for 9 Years and have suffucent Funds in bank.

How can I make her chances of getting the Visa. what all the things I need to do?

Her chances of getting a visa will be very low mainly because she is widowed. She does not really have strong ties to home country as the shop and land are maintained by her brother but could easily be sold if needed and her other children are not minors. All you can do is apply but again her chances of getting a visa are slim.

This is my opinion and not legal advice. Use of this information is strictly at your own risk.

There really is much to tell you that could help. You are not planning on showing her income. She doesn't have strong ties to home. She lives in a rental apartment that could easily be abandoned. She already has some one else managing the shop. So really all you are showing is that she has someone here who can support her, She has no need to return home. All you can do is try and maybe the VO will grant her visa. But as Trinity stated her chances are slim.
Just my opinion... Use at your own risk...

            Successful Parents VISA experience

I am sharing my parent’s interview experience which happened in Hyderabad, India a while back. My dad used to own a small business but retired now. My parents own properties like house and agricultural land and he currently manages them.
My mom is a house wife. We are 3 siblings and all of us are in US. I invited my parents to visit us. I don’t have a green card but my other siblings have it. We were worried that our parents ties to India wouldn’t appear strong as all grandparents died and there are no dependents on my parents.

            Questions asked:
            where are you going.
How many kids, where are they,
            what do your kids do?
how much land do you have,
Are you planning to visit other kids place as well
 No, they will visit us.
            Ok. You visa is Approved.

We sent an invitation letter to parents inviting us (this is not required but thought would be a positive one). Preparation is key.
We made sure our parents know all the details and provided them sample questions to go thru so that they are prepared.
Why do you want to visit US?
How long are you going for?
What will you do in US?
Why do you want to visit now / why did you not visit earlier?
Are you going to come back? Why?
Who takes care of your business/property when you are not here?
What will you do at home when your kids go to work?
For how long are your kids have been in US?
            Whats your kids visa status
            Do they have green card?
Did they apply for green card?
How often do your kids visit India
Who is going to sponsor your trip/living expenses/flight tickets
