  • Point of Exit is different from where the VISA was issued

    Hi there,

I found this website and this forum very useful for an aspiring human like me to travel to US and I have this very simple yet very hard for me.

I'm currently residing here in Riyadh, SA and planning to apply / get US Visa ( B-2) from here. If God permits and I was able to get / pass / issued my US Visa from here, Can I go to another country first ( ex: Philippines ) short vacation, then I will travel from Philippines to US. Is it possible or not?

Riyadh, SA -> go to Philippines first -> then Philippines to US

Sorry for my English as its not fluent.

    Yes, it should be fine.

This is my opinion not legal advice.

Do you think I will have no problem with form I-94? I'm afraid they will not allow me to enter once I got there. Legally speaking.
