Get US visitor visa from other country

I am Indian citizen and at present I am under HSMP visa in UK. I want to visit US. My brother in law will sponsor me, who is US citizen. My wife and children are in India. Can I apply for visitor visa for USA from UK? For that where I have to apply? I want to visit alone from here for 2 weeks only.

Family Visit Visa from another country

Hello,

I am trying to get a visa for my parents to visit me in US. The earliest appointment date available is Sept 19th. I want to get a date earlier than that. Can these dates change favourably in the future ? Also, my parents are visiting Thailand for a week. Can they apply for a US visa from there ?
